Clear Revival is designed to be used as a top coat for the Deco-Crete Revival Coloring System. Clear Revival helps to darken the color of Deco-Crete Texture Enhancer Antiquing Agents, as well as hold it in place. It can be used for both interior and exterior applications and is incredibly easy to apply, requiring only one top coat. Clear Revival creates a highly durable satin finish, which is perfect for stamped concrete restoration
projects.
